Delhi Agitation from April 25. . . .

The office bearers of the Kerala Independent Fishworkers' Federation have informed that they would actively participate in the satyagraha organised by the National Fishworkers' Forum at Delhi from April 25 and the Parliament march organised by the Kerala Fisheries Coordination Committee on April 25 to (press their demands). The demands have been, withdrawal of import of fish from Thailand, distribution of kerosene required for fishing activities at subsidised rates, re-establishing the fishworkers' right of fishing in the Jumbo Island, withdrawal of the ban on fishing in force in Orissa on account of turtle conservation and giving up of the ONGC policy.
